About us
Good Vibes Only
Vibes Lounge is a place to slow down and stay a while: signature cocktails, premium hookah, cigars on the patio and a kitchen that keeps the night going. It's built on one simple idea. Every guest should leave feeling better than when they walked in.
Devin Mooring brings a disciplined mindset, a deep understanding of the bar and restaurant industry, and a relentless drive to build. Raised in Pinetops, North Carolina, he played basketball at Elizabeth City State University, where he earned a degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance, and went on to play professionally overseas.
He brought that same tenacity off the court and planted roots in Rocky Mount, where he built not one business but a portfolio. As the owner of BarNone Sports Bar & Grill, Aroma Bar & Bistro, Purple Rain Nightclub and Mixers Cocktail Bar, Devin has shown time and again that he knows how to build from the ground up, scale with intention and keep a business thriving through every challenge the market brings.
Vibes Lounge is his newest chapter, bringing everything he's learned as a multi-venue owner under one roof. Today Devin splits his time between Atlanta and North Carolina, and he still believes the best nights start with great people, great drinks and the right energy in the room.
Growing up, I never thought I could own my own business. And by God's grace I have owned and scaled multiple. Devin Mooring
